A one-off, beginner-friendly session introducing you to the basics of jive dance, including footwork, partner work, and energy, all in a relaxed and welcoming environment. What are the benefits of taking a taster before joining a course? A taster gives you a first-hand experience of the style, pace, and teaching approach before committing to a longer course. It helps you build confidence, understand the fundamentals, and decide if jive is the right style for you. Do I need a partner? No, you can attend solo, and we’ll pair you up during the class so you can try partner work with different people. Do I need any dance experience? No previous dance experience is necessary, our tutors will guide you through each step at a pace that suits you. What should I wear?
