Carlota de Miguel (Pamplona) is a Spanish concert pianist and Opera singer with intense artistic activity. She is one of the most prominent Spanish soloists of her generation, having toured Europe and America. She began her career in London and obtained a Bachelor, Master of music in Piano and Artist Diploma in singing performance at the prestigious Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music, apart from a PhD in University of Navarra in Spain.
Carlota has performed in England, Spain, Germany, Luxembourg, France, Italy, Florida and Mexico in recent years. She has given interviews for radio and television and has performed as soloist with orchestras such as Navarra Symphony Orchestra. Carlota is passionate about opera,accompanying and chamber music. She also shows a great commitment to music written for baroque as well, apart from classical, romanticism and modern music. She is also a songwriter and she is very interested in accompanying herself with her music.
The music press has described her as “one of the promises of her generation”, with a “great sensitivity and musical taste”. As a teacher, Carlota inspires, mentors and supports all her students with their unique talent.
